Advanced
Here is where students spend the majority of their journey: higher pace, deeper detail, live training and competition preparation on a solid base.

Jiu-Jitsu is built for the smaller person. Leverage, position and control instead of strength and speed.
Strength, mobility and cardio arrive as a by-product of training a skill, which is why people stay consistent.
An hour of full attention on the mat leaves no room for the workday. Most students name this as the reason they keep coming.
Professionals, parents, competitors and beginners training together, with the same standards of respect.
One-on-one or small group. Basic movements and what to expect.
Learning to move and survive: posture, frames, escapes.
Positional control and your first submissions, drilled slowly.
Controlled live training with partners chosen by the professor.
Complete beginners with no athletic background. Former athletes returning after years off. Parents who want to train while their children train. Law enforcement and security professionals. Competitors who want serious rounds. The curriculum is the same; the intensity is yours to choose.
Every class changed me a little.
Yes. You set the pace in your first weeks and the fundamentals do not depend on conditioning. Fitness follows training, not the other way around.
No. Live training is introduced gradually, once you can move safely and control position.
No. We have students training well into their fifties and sixties, in classes adapted to their goals.
Both are trained. Beginners usually start in the gi, where the fundamentals are clearest.
Promotions reflect technique and consistency rather than time served. Your professor will tell you exactly what you are working toward.
No experience required. Book an intro class and train this week.
