SAME COMMUNITY. NEW HOME. OPENING SEPTEMBER.
A new training space designed to give our students more comfort, structure and a better training experience.
Most people who want to start training put it off. Walking into a gym with zero experience feels intimidating. The week never seems to have room. And "someday" keeps arriving with your fitness, your confidence, and your ability to protect your family exactly where they were a year ago.
WHERE IT STARTED
Francis Abramson and Marcelo Herz began their martial arts journeys in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — decades of training, competing, and teaching before ever opening a school of their own.
THE HARD PART
THE TURNING POINT
THE MOVE
Moved to Miami in 2017 and opened Rilion Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Doral under the direct guidance of Master Rilion Gracie. Now: building a new, larger academy to give that same training a better home.
WHERE IT LED
A community built over years — students competing locally, nationally, and internationally — and a school now expanding into a 1,000+ sq ft facility built for the next chapter.
WHY IT MATTERS TO YOU
The same path that took Francis and Marcelo from Rio de Janeiro to running one of Doral's most established academies is the one that starts for you on day one, in the new space.
